3 days is better than 2, it allows to really get into the ambience of the hike, to break with the daily life and to enjoy the altitude, to make a great walk or to rest while admiring the landscape. ..
"Hiking at the farm" can be done all the year.
You can go for "Around Montaillou" and "Let's climb to Chioula!", in summer and automn.
For "Orlu National Reserve and En Beys Lake", you must wait snowmelt, so it's possible only from july.

This loop circuit is ideal for families wanting a ride without technical difficulty. You cross Montaillou village , set on the plateau of Aillou, at 1200 m altitude. Then, you climb to Chioula plateau, a wonderful belvedere from where you admire the Pyrenean mountains.
